Not able to login in Power BI desktop and Service

Hi Team,

 

I am not able to login to Power BI desktop and Power BI Service.

Checked with the IT department and i have necessary Power BI-Pro License.

 When i login into the desktop it says : Internal service error 500 .

In Netherlands some of my colleagues are not able to login in Desktop and Service
