Hope someone can help with this.
I setted up the email subscription for one test reports in Power BI following the official instruction.
The dataset is connected via gateway and the refresh works fine when I click "Refresh Now" but I don't get any email after tried multiple times.
I doubt that if it was caused by my email server block power BI email so I tested by sharing a report to myself and I'm able to receive the email from power BI.
Plus, I'm under pro trial account and I don't know if that matters.
The same issue is reported before internally: CRI 41678321. The fix should be in Production by September 6th.
