None of reports are loading

Hi All,

 

None of Power BI reports are loading, it just shows blank page for all users.     Power BI Service status page shows all green though.

 

Anyone else facing this issue today?  Its a hue impact to our businesss users as they are not able to get their daily reports.     Is there anyway to escalate this issue to Power BI support team, so it gets required attention.

 

For last one month the service has not been stable, either issue with scheduled refresh/report loading.etc.,

I'm experimenting the same Issue here (Spain). Can not view reports, refresh data or upload new reports from Desktop. Error 500, something wrong with their servers.

Same issue in South Africa, using the North Europe (Ireland) data centre... Some business critical processes are severely affected.

Same issue here (Netherlands) since this morning. Second time in two weeks. Microsoft should really improve their communication regarding these issues. The support page still shows everything is working correctly.

Same problem in France ...

I guess it will be the classical wait & see how it evolves. A quick answer by microsoft (meaning under 2 hours since the probleme started), would be nice Smiley Wink

My report from latest Power BI Desktop (version - 2.70.5494.761 64-bit, Jun release) are not uploading at all. My May release installation (version 2.69.5467.2151 64-bit, May)  was working all fine until I upgraded to June release this morning.

@PowerBI, Please fix this asap. Thx

Same issue in Swizerland, Spain, Russia, France, Malta, UK, UAE, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, New Zeeland, Australia,  South Africa and many other regions of our global company, using the North Europe (Ireland) data centre. Some business critical processes are severely affected. It would be better if the service status corresponds to the real situation.

The same issue has been reported internally: CRI 128176204. The issue should be fixed now. Please test again to see if the issue still occurs.
