Non empty Format String Expression property in any calculation item destroys % formatting on a chart

When there is (at least one) calculation group in the report with non empty Format String Expression for any item, then some visuals don't work correctly with % formatting.

Chart on the left, stacked column chart with non empty Axis field (Country added to the Axis field), works well. 

And the same chart but with empty Axis field (so there is only one column) doesn't dispaly % values correctly whenever there is at least one non empty Format String Expression property in any calculation item of any calculation group.

Have submited internal to confirm(ICM: 276940441), would update here as soon as possible if there is any progress about this issue.

It is a known limitation for a long time and would be fixed in a couple months.
