New Workspace not able to add member

I am working on testing out the new workspaces that are in preview and I believe there is a bug. For some reason when I try to a particular person to the group I am getting an error. I have been able to add other members without issues. Below is the detailed error message I am receiving.

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Please check if this specific person does have Pro license. Everyone you add to an app workspace needs a Power BI Pro license. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-create-the-new-workspaces

The user has a PRO license and they are in the Power BI Admin role.

We found the issue and it requires a code change. I expect that we will start the QFE process early next week.
