New Filter Pane not rendering well in IE

I'm using the (preview) filter pane in the November release.   It works well in Chrome, FireFox and Edge, but gets cutoff in IE and is  a little hard to use.

The same issue has been reported internally: CRI 92868425. Will update here once I get any information.
