Multiple users experience Cannot load model" However many users can access the same reports

Active directory access has been granted to the users to the workspace and tabular model. 

Users advised to use EDGE. Cached cleared.

Please provided urgent assistance

Thank you for your feedback.  The is temporary solution but we need a fix for this issue. Please Help

The following steps seem to resolve the issue:

• Unpublish the App that the report is published to
• Delete the dataset of he report. This will delete the report as well.
• Publish the report to the workspace.
• Publish the App again.
• Add all users back to the Permissions tab

NB: Before you unpublish the App go to the App Permissions tab and take a screenshot of all the users who have been granted permission as you will lose this and need to add them back on.
