Multiple report page tooltips (visual bug)

I have multiple Report Page Tooltips on a single report page. I first hover over one of them and everything looks great. When I hover over the second visual in attempt to show a different Report Tool Tip, the tooltip loads for about half a second and then closes!

This is big problem for the user who is trying to view various information using multiple report tooltips on the same page.
