Modern Header unable to control interactions

Hello,

When using the NEW modern visual header option I am having trouble using the "edit interactions" feature. Everytime I get my mouse close to the no symbol (so that the item I chose does not filter the card) the no symbol goes away. I made sure that there were no other visuals in the way. I went into options and unchecked the option to use the modern header and was able to edit the interaction. I then changed the option back so that I could use the new headers. Can the product team please review this bug?

I'm not able to reproduce the issue in Power BI desktop version 2.61.5192.601 64-bit (August 2018). Please update your Power BI desktop to this version then test again. 

If issue persists, please record a video to show the detail steps to reproduce the issue.
