Dear Community, 

There is an issue in Mobile Report Publisher designer in Bubble Map component: 

comparison value indicator all the time colored in "Red", even if status is positive: 

+8 % colored as "Red" -> must be "Green"

As the issue occurs in SQL Server mobile report publisher, it should be appropriate to post a question in SSRS forum.
