Missing rows in Data Model after applying query editor

As you can see below, I am missing certain rows in my Data model. The rows that are missing are the only rows that contain values other than 0. I have tried refreshing but have had no success. They are showing perfectly in the query editor but not after applying query editor. Why are these rows not showing in Data model?

I could not reproduce this issue on my side. Makes sure you have updated power bi desktop to the latest version. If this issue persists, could you please share a sample pbix file via onedrive for business for further analysis.
