Missing / disappeared app in app workspace

Over the holidays our app disappeared from the app menu and when accessed via direct link it says: We couldn't install "app name". (status code 400)

At least it's able to translate the ctid (http://https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/apps?ctid=xxx) to app name.

I've searched the audit log and no updates / deletions or other activities appeared during second part of December. Btw. searching the audt log is quite tough, I ended up searching the acticities one by another, because when multiple of them were selected, I got 0 results but when just one was selected I got some results...

Hi @Anonymous,

What do you mean about "At least it's able to translate the ctid (http://https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/apps?ctid=xxx) to app name.?

Based on my research, when we click on the Apps tab on Power BI service, it will show the URL http://https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/apps?ctid=xxx. When we open any app, the URL should be https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/apps/<app id>?ctid=XX.

As you mentioned the app disappeared, I would suggest you go to Apps tab, click on Get Apps button, search the app name to see if you can find the app.

I mean it mentions the app name in the error message "We couldn't install "app name". (status code 400)

The app is not available in the Apps tab.

Now I'm gonna try to update the up from the workspace. First results are "Failed to get request accesses for this artifact" ... mmt ... but on the second try, it worked out.

Maybe someone van bring some light to this?

Couldn't it be caused by some releases/changes of worspaces V2 on Power BI side?
