Matrix's title does not show when "Show as table" view when Title=Off

This issue happens when I publish my file from Desktop to Service. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In Desktop, Add Matrix & Stacked Column Chart.

2. Turn on & Add Title to Matrix & Stacked Column Chart.

3. Turn off Title for Matrix & Stacked Column Chart.

4. "Show as table" for Matrix & Stacked Column Chart.

5. See that the title appears next to the Back link:

6. Publish to personal workspace
7. "Show as table" for each chart in published report & see Title does not appear for Matrix visual, but it does appear for Stacked Column Chart (& appears for many other visuals).

This is a request to update the Matrix visual to show the Title when user selects "Show as table" when Title=Off just like all other visuals.

I had a problem with a custom visual, which didn't work properly with the title property off...

Once enabled, it worked like designed. It was the context menu which didnt pop up anymore...
