Matrix Theme JSON "stepped": false moves grand total row to the top

When using a custom theme, if I try and set the stepped setting to false on a matrix, the total appears at the top of the matrix. Setting the stepped setting manual in Power BI desktop does not do this.

It is a bug confirmed by PG, will update with ETA whenever available. By now, please set the property manually as a workaround.

Current this issue has no ETA, the workaround is to set the property manually for now as a workaround.

Hi Team,

In the latest versions of PowerBI, I am still facing this issue (Grand total row moving to the top after setting stepped = 'false' in json file.

I am curious if there any update/ ETA for this bug. @v-yulgu-msft
