Matrix Header Shading

I'm trying to apply formatting to the values in my matrix and have it carry to the header.  When it's set up as default, it works fine:

However, if I change the option to "Show on Rows" the formatting goes away:

Hi @Anonymous ,

Which version of desktop do you use?

I was not able to reproduce the same scenario on my side. Version: 2.70.5494.761 64-bit (June 2019).

It looks like not possible to apply background color to headers (measure name).

Hi @v-yulgu-msft

I am on the same version.  You have to assign the colors under "Field Formatting" and flip the "Apply to header" toggle to get the shading to change.  The "Show on Rows" option is to move the measure values from columns to rows:

Settings to color the header:

All works when "Show on Rows" is off ("Revenue" header in purple":

When toggling "Show on Rows" the header shading is gone:

Hi @Anonymous ,

I have reported this problem internally, CRI: 131280930. Would update here once I get any response.
