Maps are not visible in power bi server

I can view the map in power bi desktop. But when I share it in power bi server, it shows map and filled map visuals aren't enabled for your org. As I am an administrator for power bi, I couldn't change the settings. How to change it.

You can turn on Map and filled map visuals in Tenant settings if you are Power BI admin or Global admin .

But there is no option named tenant settings. It displays only capacity settings.
