Mail subscription to AD group not working

 Hi,

Instead of adding all mail addresses one by one, I would like to use in AD groep in my mail subscription. This should be feasible according to the Power BI documentation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-report-subscribe

However, it doesn't work. It does work when I add the mail addresses one by one, but I would like to avoid this.

Is there a fix for this?

Hi @Anonymous,

As the document mentioned, 

• If your dashboard or report is in Premium capacity, you can use group email aliases for subscriptions, instead of subscribing colleagues one email address at a time. The aliases are based on the current active directory.

Please check if the report you want to be subscribed is in a Premium capacity.

Did anyone get solution for this ? My team is also facing the problem wherein email subscriptions are not working for ad group. Pls share if any solution
