MS Access Data Mashup failing

MS Access 2010 has been running through business gateway successfully for 3 months.

However, the gateway continues to work without any glitch apart from data sources derived from MS Access 2010. The error message that is received is below. Any help to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@kyle705

Are you getting data from MS Access and refresh the dataset through on-premises data gateway? I test with latest version 14.16.6390.2 but cannot repro the same issue on my side.

If issue persist, I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).

Multiple users are utilising the shared on premises business gateway server.

All data sources that are not MS Access seem to be OK.

MS access data sources seem to be failing via gateway, but work locally on Power BI desktop. These MS Access databases are split multi user environments.
