Lost access to workspace

We (Customer Advocacy team) have a Power BI workspace called Customer Advocacy Business, and I do not see that workspace listed anymore under Workspaces. We used to publish out weekly Power BI report called V2_Dashboard until 11/4/19, but we do not see that workspace anymore. We also have two more active reports under that workspace and we do not have access to those also now. Please look into this and advise.

Hi @v-shark

 

Please contact your Power BI admin, go to Admin Portal-> Workspaces, find the state of the workspace Customer Advocacy Business. If the workspace exists, please click on Details-> Access to add your account as the member again. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-admin-portal#workspaces

Hi Qiuyun,

 

None of the Wokspace owners in my group see the Worspace option in the left navigation pane. Where can I reach to PowerBI support?
