Line and Stacked Column Chart - line incorrectly displays in line with highest bar

After upgrading to May 2020 release (Product Version: 2.81.5831.761 (20.05) (x64))

on various reports that use a Line and Stacked Column Chart, the line floats to in line with the top of the highest bar/column, when it should display lower of higher than the top of the bars/columns

I first noticed the issue on the online Service. This only started happening on the desktop version after upgrading to May release.

The latest version of Power BI Desktop  works fine for me. Try to re-create the report and create a support ticket for assistance if necessary.
