Line Graph does not seem to match ratecard

Hi,

I have a linegraph but for 2017 it does not seem to match the ratecard.  Filters and fields are the same.

Measure for 2017 is

Average number of Accidents per Driver LY = CALCULATE([No of Claims]/[No of Drivers],SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR(CalendarNew2[Date]))
