After the latest Power BI Update, the desktop is randomly locking up. My ribbon will become 'unclickable' and when changing other settings, the whole thing locks up and the only way to restore/restart the program is by using task manager.
Anyone else seeing an issue like this?

Would you please share detail steps for us to reproduce the issue?

I'm using 2.66.5376.2521 64-bit (February 2019). I've had times where my ribbon would become unresponsive. It's been very random, so I am unlikely to be able to explain how to reproduce the issue.
One other issue I've had is when changing the Data Source Settings and clearning permissions. The dialogue box will go 'white' and the whole app will be unresponsive. That is also random and doesn't happen consistently.
As the issue occurs intermittently and it's not reproduced follow some steps every time, I would suggest you create a support ticket to let engineers look into the issue on your side if the issue occurs next time.
