Jitbit helpdesk and Power BI integration : Issue of duplication and limited records(100)

Hi,

 

we are facing a issue of limited records and duplication for Jitbit helpdesk integration with power Bi.

@Anonymous ,

What do you mean duplication? Could you please share sample data here? What is the result when you connect to the Jitbit helpdesk without setting any parameters in M code?

In addition, I see that your REST API supports count and offset, I would recommend you check the M code in this similar blog to implement pagination.
