When viewing a paginated report, we get the following error message:
"The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."
Same error on two different reports, and from several users

Also, when opening the report, there is "sad" icon and the text:
The webpage at https://paginated-reports.powerbi.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
We're experiencing the same in our Premium capacity.

Same problem for us! We experience it when we are connected with VPN.
Without VPN it works fine.
Same for one of my clients running on Premium capacity:

Thank to NikGT - same here with the VPN. Error only occurs when connected to VPN for me as well.
I can run report locally in Report Builder while connected to VPN, but not online when published.
A similar issue has been reported internally, so stay tuned.
We are facing the same problems with our paginated reports that are published.
@v-chuncz-msft do you have any idea what the rootcause is or when it can be fixed? Our business people are highly dependent on the reports we have provided them with.
