Issues with New Workspace Creation of With out Office 365 Groups

Halo Every one,

We recently experienced some weird issues with the New way of Workspace Creation. ( without office 365 Groups)

1. Once your create the Workspace
2. Publish the report and try to align it to Gateway it will throw an error Immediately as shown below 
3. please don't use the new feature of trying creating the workspace

Does the issue happen when you open the dataset which published by other users in Dataset Settings within the workspace? 

Would you please share RequestID and ClusterURI with us so we can try to check internal trace for this issue.
