Hi to all,
I'm having an issue with conditional formatting on the latest version (April) on PBI.
On the below image we have a map that has conditional formatting turned on and has you can see the values that don't have values are not filled and if we see the values has tables there are no blank rows:

Recently, Power BI released a new version of Desktop(Download Microsoft Power BI Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center) , could you please try with it to see whether this issue still exist?
If it still happens, please tell me more details about this issue so I can try to reproduce it and report it.
