Hi, 

I have an issue with 3 tiles of my power BI tool  which is used on a daily basis for operational purposes. 

this is blocking the completion of some tasks now and we need the service back to normal. 

could you look into it please?

Hi @roxane_cz 

You mentioned that you have an issue with 3 tiles , so are other tiles displayed normally ? If normal, can you compare the difference between them? From the error message you've provided so far, I have no way of determining the cause of the problem. You can follow my question to determine where the problem lies.

all the other visuals are displaying correctly yes, 

we didn't implement any changes so the bugged ones and were working properly before. 

they are all based on several tables, some of the working and non-working titles based on the same tables.
