Issue with Power BI PPT Output, Cant show more than one Page in the PPT Output for the Table

Hi,

I have a added a table in the Power BI, which shows data for more than one Page ( It is 20 pages output).

While taking the PPT output, it shows only one page output. But i need complete 20 pages output.

Can you provide me how to get complete table output?

Not sure what do you mean about "page" here. Maybe you have a Table visual (has many values so there is a scroll bar) in a 1 page report. Or you have a report which contains 20 report pages.

But there are some related limitations for exporting to PowerPoint as below.

• Reports with more than 15 report pages can't currently be exported.
• In-session interactivity such as highlighting and filtering, drill-down, and so on, are not yet supported when exporting to PowerPoint. The exported PowerPoint shows the original visuals as they were saved in the report.

Hi Haibl,

I have a Table visual, has many values so there is a scroll bar in the UI in a 1 page report. But when export to PPT  i can't get complete table data. It is partial table data, how to get complete table data in the PPT Output?

We cannot get complete table data in current version. It is a limiation as I said above.
