Issue with IF function

Since I have installed June 2019 update of Power BI, the IF function can not resolve the table and column names; when I try to write a measure.

I tested the SUM function and it can resolve the table name and columns but IF function can't.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't help.

Any clues? Thanks.

Would you please share some screenshot so we can understand the issue better? 

Which DAX do you use to create the measure? When we use the IF() function to create a measure, we need to use aggregation functions inside of the IF() function, eg: count, sum, max,...,etc.
