Issue with Date Slicer

I have a problem filtering the date 2019/11/03. If I filter 2019/11/02, the values ​​on 2019/11/02 and 2019/11/03 are displayed. But if I filter 2019/11/03, no value has been displayed.

This issue is in november version, in september version I don't have the issue.
