Issue related to enhanced metadata format

I have a model with a fuction that I use to a switch statement. It's worked for a long time. However when I enabled the new "Store datasets using enhanced metadata format" it won't open the pbix and I get the message (attached) that "the model doesn't have a named expression named xxx". When I remove the metadata preview feature, the model opens without a problem.power bi won't open.png

I have the same issue - suddenly after an Power Bi desktop application  update, I cannot open the report file with a similar error message.

How can I do to be able to open my report?

Kind Regards,

Lucian

Sorry - it seems that disabling the "Using enhanced dataset metadata (preview)" was "fixing" my problem. I could open the report after disabling it.
