Issue in Chart formatting without horizontal axis

Hi,

I have been facing an issue with column chart in a Power BI report, the column chart when used without horizontal axis doesn't show the formatted numbers or values i.e. no percentage sign or thousand seperator. However when a horizontal axis is defined the same starts showing. This is possibly a bug , could you please resolve or suggest an alternate.

A similar issue has been reported internally.

It's necessary to add a dimension field to the Axis bucket. There is no ETA for this specific issue.
