I have found out that native IBM Netezza driver is not working with our production server in the last few versions of Power BI Desktop. The issue is with authentication.

I have tested previous versions and found out that the last working one is June 2021.
I haven't notice the error before, since I had my password/authentication saved. Since I have deleted it, the issue is present.
This issue is for us very uncomftorable since we are using Power BI as prime reporting and analytic tool.
We need to solve this, as we cannot use latest versions.
A similar issue has been reported internally, so stay tuned.
