Issue: Project Task Priority not shown in Power BI Filters

Hi there,

I'm using Project for the web with the Project Accelerator & Accelerator Report for Power BI.

I wanted to filter my project tasks (msdyn_projecttask) by Priority, which is a standard field of the table.

However, there is no such filter in Power BI for the table. "Task is critical" is there, but as this refers to the critical path it is another view on importance than the manually selected project taks priorites (low, medium, high, urgent or similar).

As this is an important filter for any task reporting, I guess that this might just be missing by mistake.

Based on the above information, if you are a Power BI Pro licensee, you can create a support ticket for free and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you.

It would be great if you continue to share in this issue to help others with similar problems after you know the root cause or solution.

Hi @Gerald_Besch

Do you mean that you use this Project to prioritize your data, but it doesn't actually work ?

Hi @AilsaTaoYe ,

I'm using MS Project for the Web for Project Management. Each Project task has a priority be default and can be set to one of four levels (low, medium, high, urgent).

Visualizing the data in Power BI should provide to filter project tasks by priority, similar to the filtering options for responsible, task status (overdue, future), start/finish status and so on. But the filter "task priority" just doesn't exist in Power BI.
