[Issue] Powerbi is not refreshing - timeout

Hi,

Since a few weeks our Powerbi is not refreshing the data from azure. 

Powerbi is directly connected to ea.azure.com via key authentification.

Today I reentered the key for the connection because PowerBI tells me it "cant access" the source. After I reentered the key, it accepts the connection again, but I still get a timeout:

Fehler bei der Datenquelle:	The operation has timed out. The exception was raised by the IDataReader interface.
Cluster-URI:	WABI-NORTH-EUROPE-redirect.analysis.windows.net

How can we fix this?

I can refresh the data from azure properly on my side. I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).
If issue is resolved, you can share the solution here later to help others who have the same problem.
