Issue- PowerBI certified visual render blank in email subscription

We are using PowerBI certified PowerKPI 2.0 in email subscription via pinning the live report to dashboard , it was working fine for couple of weeks before going all blank . It is very important dashboard and there is no default visual in powerbi to get both line and area charts together hence going for custom visual . Any help is appreciated   TIA !!
