Issue Power BI Report Server Refresh

Hello Microsoft,

I think there is en issue with report refresh in PBIRS :

Can you look at this bug and provide an answer please ?

Yes the issue continues to occur.

 

The procedure you sent me, to open a support ticket seems to be outdated.

No button about creating a support ticket.
Where could I create a support ticket for Power BI Report Server (Not service pro or service premium) ?

You can go to the Power BI support page to scroll down to find this button to open a support ticket, it needs you to have a Pro license.
