Is there a view/screen to monitor/see the number of records being loaded during a scheduled refresh. Also how could we validate the data load after the scheduled refresh to know if the data is upto date or historical?

@satishulabala,

There is no such view/screen to monitor the number of records being loaded during a scheduled refresh.

In your scenario, if you create the dataset by uploading PBIX file to Service, you can refresh the original PBIX file to  get the updated data, download the PBIX file after schedule refresh from Power BI Service, then compare the data in the two PBIX files to validate the data.
