Invalid Credentials at Sharepoint

Hi,

 

My dashboards are not getting refreshed since yesterday. The error message:

Hi @Anonymous, 

 

Please go to Dataset Settings then find the problematic dataset, enter the valid credential for SharePoint data source then test again.

I tried but still it doesn't get refreshed. The credentials are correct and I am able to login to sharepoint and PowerBI. It is just the data source that is having error.

Have already done so. But did not get relevant help from the team.

 

I managed to resolve it by republishing the dashboards again (without refreshing in desktop) and refresh via web and it works!

 

Still not sure how the sharepoint error occurred. Some bug?
