Intermittent issue with formula bar

I have been having an intermittent issue where the formula bar does not provide dropdown prompts for creating formulae. Having to look up syntax and manually enter full formulae is both extremely tedious and prone to human error.

In my use of power bi desktop, I have not experienced any problems similar to yours, nor have I checked for any recent known problems related to it. What version of power bi desktop are you using, please use the latest version if possible.
