It's currently impossible for every user in our company to access Power BI Services (we are based in Paris, France).
The page keeps loading forever and nothing happens. Is there an internal issue ?

We have same problem in Germany and Italy.
It's a known issue and the engineers are investigating it now. You can keep an eye on the status of this issue on Support site.

We may be experiencing this issue, or something similar, in the US.
Upon going to app.powerbi.com ... we just see a screen with the flashing Power BI logo in the middle. No content. It's just stuck on this screen.
Actually, we are back online already. Must've been a very brief glitch.
