ISSUE - Unable to resize/stretch desktop window onto multiple screens

With the Feb update, I suddenly cant seem to resize the desktop app window beyond the active screen.

Before I was able to stretch the window across 2-3 screens but now it wont allow it. I've looked into my system display settings & that doesnt seem to be the problem.

All other app windows still stretch like usual.

I've just had this in the May 2021 version of Power BI when opening a PBIX file directly (double-clicking in explorer).  If anyone gets this, try opening Power BI, then opening the PBIX file.  That worked for me.

Its super annoying. Sometimes its working as intended, sometimes, even after a bunch of restarts pbi window is still  restricted to size of smaller of screens.
