ISSUE- POWERBI DASHBOARDS PUBLISH - PREMIUM CAPACITY - post LATEST release

Unable to view the reports and dashboards published in PREMIUM CAPACITY workspace from yesterday(21-OCT'20). Unable to open PBIX in POWERBI DESKTOP. raise this issue but still no resolution.how do I log an incident with POWERBI SUPPORT TEAM?please suggest

I hace tried all steps suggested by you and though no majr issues detected still i scanned and cleaned 2 or 3 minor issues that are identified with CEF.

 

still post that also issue persists with POWERBI desktop.below are issue details for POWERBI desktop-
