When creating "Line & Clustered Column Chart"on Desktop it is rendered as expected - line and column data displays. After publishing there are two scenarios:
1) with no column data the line data is not rendered
2) with column data the line data is restricted to the maximum value of the column data. For example
Desktop - line data displays as expected
Published - line data only displays to maximum column data value
