Problem - Issue:
- When we upload a file and conect it to the SQL data base, the server doesn't update the information from the powerbi dashboard. Here i have attached some photos as evidence. The Column "ESTADO", from the first photo, says "ACTUALIZANDO" that means it is uploading data but never get updated, really. That column still saying "actualizando" after days and weeks. This dashboard is well conected to the SQL SERVER (as you can see in the second image) and the Report Server is upgrated. We don't know what is happening because older dashboards that we have uploaded, they are working fine and they are upgraded in seconds, this problem is happening just with new reports that we want to upload.
We are APMT CALLAO, we are a big client from microsoft. I hope you can help us with this. It's an Emergency.
