I'm not able to access Power BI Desktop

Ao tentar logar na área de trabalho do Power BI, ele fica travado na tela do email, clique em entrar na tela do email e volte para a mesma tela, o email está correto, use o poder da web. Você pode verificar qual problema você está logando no meu Power BI Desktop?

it gets stuck on the email screen, click enter on the email screen and back to the same screen

Did you mean when you entered the e-mail address and clicked the 'Contintue' button, it got stuck?

Or you can click the 'Contintue' button and to the sign in page but could not sign in your account?

  1. The version of Power BI Desktop where the issue happened, have you tried the latest version?
  2. Did this issue happen recently but it works previously?
  3. Did this issue happen only on this account or any other accounts?
