I have an issue seeing the data on my report

I have an issue seeing the data on my report. I am the author / owner / publisher. Everyone who I have previously shared the report with can view the data. When I navigate to said report, I see only a spin-wheel as if the report is constantly performing a data refresh. Please help!

Does the issue only happen when you view this specific report? 

Please test again with other browsers to see if the same issue occurs.

@v-qiuyu-msftClearing my cache and restarting the affected browser has not resolved the issue. Any ideas?
