How to create Power BI Matrix with multiple Dimension with Hierarchy?

I want to Create Matrix with Multiple Dimension Hierarchy with Collapse and Expand Functionality as per below snap.

Whenever Click on ID then Display ID level Details

Click on Parent Element "1234M01" then need to expand Order Details under this element.

Click on OrderNo "980" then need to expand Sub Order Details like (Material,Labor).
