How to calculate Duration of different equipment and state.

I am getting failed in trying to calculate duration below data.   I have data from equipment alarm log file.  I am looking for an easy way to show the duration between each equipment & event description.

Event value is active, this is start time & Event value is inactive, this is the end time.

 Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
