Anyone have an idea how to add date and time like this

What do you mean add datetime with page name? Could you please elaborate more about your scenario and share sample data of your table here?

check image 1 "Page 1" - this is in Power BI desktop 

Image 2 is after publishing in services shows "Page Name and below date and time"

 

how to do this.

@adityavighne,

I am afraid  that you can only manually type datetime in the page name. Why not create a measure using NOW() function and put the measure into Card visual?
